Session Title: Leadership in the Key of Blue
Context of Lecture:
In these times of hegemonic collapse, Leadership in the Key of Blue is a metaphor for the kind of pragmatic and principled global leadership essential for the reset.
About Rosemary:
Rosemary Campbell-Stephens has an MBA in International educational leadership from UCL. She was awarded the honour of MBE by the Queen of England in 2005 for 35 years of outstanding service to education. Before semi-retirement, Rosemary’s most recent full-time position was as the National College for Educational Leadership (NCEL) Director, Jamaica. The college’s remit is to produce high-quality leaders for Jamaica’s education sector.
Among her accomplishments in this role was to secure certification from the University of the West Indies for the NCEL’s Aspiring Principals’ Programme. Rosemary is a leadership consultant with a specialist focus on providing diversity and inclusion training to improve the representation of Black and other Global majority professionals in contexts where they are currently underrepresented in leadership positions.
