Dr Kenisha Linton-Williams is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Greenwich. She earned her PhD in Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. As a social scientist, Kenisha’s research is primarily focused on investigating issues related to inclusion, diversity, and equity, in particular, the experiences of women and minoritized ethnic groups within diverse organisational contexts, such as the police service, National Health Service (NHS), Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), and the UK civil service.
Her affiliations include being a Fellow at the Institute for Educational & Social Equity (IESE), a member of the European Academy of Management (EURAM), and an academic member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD). She has achieved recognition as a Senior Fellow at Advance HE and holds certification as a Management & Business Educator (CMBE) conferred by the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS).
